Here you will find all the important information about delivery and shipping, as well as shipping costs.

The information provided here relates solely to the shipping of items sold by 4Hooves. If you have any shipping questions about products from our partner shops, please contact the respective shop directly.

The shipping costs are to be understood as a flat rate for shipping and packaging and can be found in the respective dealer shop and the dealer products in the shopping cart. The respective delivery times of the products are shown on the respective product page. Please note that this is the delivery time within Germany. The delivery time to or from abroad may vary.

As a rule, insured parcel shipping takes place. The parcel service provider and the corresponding shipping costs may vary depending on the retailer and shipping country.

If you would like to purchase an item in larger quantities and request shipping via a shipping company, please contact info@4hooves.de . After consulting with the retailer shop in question, we will be happy to send you a corresponding offer for the goods and shipping including delivery window. Of course, you can also hire your own shipping company to collect the goods or pick up the goods yourself.

Please note that shipping costs for items in the 4Hooves Concept Store vary. Depending on the country of origin and shipping destination, a flat rate shipping fee is set, which is determined independently by the respective retailer.

The shipping costs are only shown after the destination country has been entered. Before an order is completed, the total costs are shown broken down in the order overview.

Deliveries are possible worldwide. Please note that customs fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer and cannot be shown when completing the order.

Note for our customers from Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland we cooperate with MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door are handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You can find more information about registration here .
